Role Overview – Resource Guru is hiring a Senior Performance/Growth Marketer for a full-time, remote position based in the United Kingdom. This position is ideal for accomplished marketing professionals with strong performance marketing expertise, growth strategy knowledge, and the ability to drive customer acquisition effectively, optimize conversion rates, manage marketing analytics, lead marketing initiatives, develop growth strategies, mentor junior marketers, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic SaaS and software company.

Performance Marketing Strategy – You will develop performance marketing strategies by analyzing opportunities, setting objectives, planning initiatives, and driving execution. You will establish data-driven marketing approaches supporting customer acquisition and growth. You should develop comprehensive marketing strategies.

Growth Marketing Leadership – You will lead growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, driving implementation, and measuring impact. You will accelerate business growth and market expansion. You should demonstrate growth marketing leadership.

Customer Acquisition Strategy – You will develop customer acquisition strategies by analyzing channels, optimizing approaches, expanding reach, and driving conversions. You will maximize customer acquisition and support growth. You should drive customer acquisition effectively.

Paid Advertising Campaigns – You will manage paid advertising by developing campaigns, optimizing performance, managing budgets, and tracking ROI. You will drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition through paid channels. You should manage paid advertising campaigns.

Google Ads and Search Marketing – You will manage Google Ads campaigns by developing strategies, optimizing keywords, managing bids, and tracking performance. You will drive high-intent traffic and conversions through search. You should manage Google Ads effectively.

Facebook and Social Media Advertising – You will manage social media advertising by developing campaigns, targeting audiences, optimizing creative, and measuring performance. You will drive awareness and customer acquisition through social platforms. You should manage social advertising.

LinkedIn Advertising Strategy – You will develop LinkedIn advertising strategies by targeting professionals, developing B2B campaigns, optimizing performance, and measuring ROI. You will drive B2B customer acquisition and awareness. You should manage LinkedIn advertising.

Conversion Rate Optimization – You will optimize conversion rates by analyzing funnels, identifying improvements, testing variations, and measuring impact. You will improve customer acquisition efficiency and ROI. You should optimize conversion rates continuously.

A/B Testing and Experimentation – You will conduct A/B testing by developing hypotheses, running experiments, analyzing results, and implementing learnings. You will identify improvements through systematic testing. You should conduct rigorous A/B testing.

Landing Page Optimization – You will optimize landing pages by analyzing performance, testing variations, improving messaging, and measuring conversions. You will maximize landing page effectiveness. You should optimize landing page performance.

Funnel Optimization – You will optimize marketing funnels by analyzing flow, identifying bottlenecks, improving transitions, and measuring improvements. You will improve conversion throughout customer journey. You should optimize conversion funnels.

Analytics and Data Analysis – You will analyze marketing data by interpreting metrics, identifying trends, providing insights, and supporting decision-making. You will leverage data to drive marketing decisions. You should conduct thorough analytics.
