Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our prestigious semi-government organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversee all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals and government initiatives

Lead and manage all operational activities across multiple departments

Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and efficiency

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively

Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities

Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective management and mentorship

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards

Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum 10-12 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role

Previous experience in UAE semi-government or government sector is highly preferred

Strong understanding of UAE business practices and regulations

Proven track record of successful project and change management

Excellence in both written and verbal communication in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
