Role Overview – Al Razouki Exchange is seeking a dedicated Senior Officer Operations to join our growing team. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in the financial or exchange sector who are ready for their next challenge and can manage operational activities, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent customer service in the money exchange industry.

Exchange Operations Management – You will manage daily exchange operations including foreign currency buying and selling, processing remittance transactions, handling cash transactions, managing currency rates, coordinating vault operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, maintaining compliance with exchange regulations, and overseeing smooth operational workflows that support efficient exchange services.

Foreign Currency Transactions – You will process foreign currency exchange transactions by buying and selling currencies at authorized rates, verifying currency authenticity, counting and handling various currencies accurately, calculating exchange amounts, processing currency conversions, maintaining proper documentation, ensuring accurate cash handling, and delivering professional currency exchange services to customers.

Remittance Processing – You will process money transfer and remittance transactions through various channels and correspondent banks, verify sender and beneficiary details, ensure AML/KYC compliance, process transfers accurately, coordinate with correspondent banks, track transaction status, handle remittance inquiries, and ensure secure and timely money transfer services.

Customer Service and Support – You will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with exchange and remittance needs, explaining services and rates, processing transactions efficiently, handling customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues professionally, maintaining courteous interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building positive relationships that support customer loyalty.

Transaction Documentation and Record Keeping – You will maintain comprehensive transaction documentation including exchange slips, remittance forms, identification copies, transaction receipts, and compliance records. You will ensure proper documentation for all transactions, organize records systematically, maintain audit trails, and support regulatory reporting requirements.

Rate Management and Monitoring – You will monitor foreign exchange rates, update rate boards and systems, apply authorized exchange rates to transactions, communicate rate changes to staff and customers, track rate movements, coordinate with management on rate decisions, and ensure competitive and compliant rate offerings.
