Senior Officer, GTB Channel Onboarding

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer to join our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Channel Onboarding team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth implementation of business banking solutions and maintaining high-quality service standards for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Setup and Maintenance

Execute Business Banking cash and trade channel setups in electronic systems (Bank Online, iBanking)

Process new and maintenance requests with high accuracy and first-time-right approach

Manage electronic filing systems for documentation and correspondence

Review and process assigned setup/maintenance requests within 24-48 hours

Quality Control and Reporting

Generate and maintain daily and weekly statistics on inflow, outflow, and rejections

Evaluate BPMS tickets from BBG Relationship Managers for completeness and accuracy

Improve turnaround time and reduce operational errors in setup processes

Maintain quality standards in all channel onboarding activities

Process Management

Establish and maintain systematic filing procedures

Monitor and track pending requests and escalations

Collaborate with relationship managers and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in banking operations or similar role

Strong understanding of banking channel operations

Technical Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of documentation requirements for:

Account structures

Payment systems

Collection mechanisms

Electronic banking solutions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience with banking systems and BPMS

Skills and Competencies

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational abilities

Effective time management

Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
