Job Specifications:

Aspire Manpower Services is seeking a Senior Officer for Acquisitions Organizational Excellence. This position is specifically for Emirati nationals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational excellence initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Performance Management & KPIs: Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to track organizational performance.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organization.

Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Business Continuity: Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure operations can continue in the event of disruptions.

Method of Enhancement: Identify and implement methods to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of project management, performance management, KPIs, risk management, strategic planning, analysis, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
