Networks are the invisible backbone of every modern business. When they work, no one notices. When they fail, everything stops. Emtech, an IT solutions provider with over three decades of experience serving businesses across the UAE, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer who understands that keeping networks running is not just a technical job. It is a responsibility.

This is a role for someone who has spent at least five years in the field, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN and WAN networks. You will manage Cisco, Aruba, and Alcatel switches, configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and security policies, and work with VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACL, and Link Aggregation. You will troubleshoot connectivity issues, packet loss, latency, and network performance problems, and you will independently handle customer incidents to ensure timely resolution. You will also perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, network health checks, and preventive maintenance, support network implementation and migration projects, and coordinate with ISPs and OEM support teams for escalations. Maintaining network documentation and preparing incident and RCA reports will be part of your routine.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of relevant networking experience, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You have excellent customer communication and technical documentation abilities. A valid UAE driving licence is required, along with CCNA or CCNP certification. You are comfortable working independently, managing customer incidents, and providing onsite and remote technical support. Immediate joiners are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. 

Salary:
Up to AED 8,000 per month
