Position: Senior Membership Consultant (Full-time)

Job Description:

As a Senior Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests of a premier hospitality and leisure group. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring member satisfaction and efficient management of membership services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet members and guests warmly and assist with their inquiries.

Handle phone calls, including answering queries, following up on website leads, and managing medical suspension and resignation requests from members.

Financial Management:

Receive and process membership subscription fees.

Handover payment receipts and relevant documents to the Finance department.

Coordinate with Finance regarding members’ Statement of Accounts (SOA).

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of membership subscriptions and payments.

Assist in other administrative tasks related to membership services as needed.

Requirements:

Position Title: Membership Services Clerk

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to 2,000 AED per month (all-inclusive), depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional Benefits: Accommodation, transportation, three duty meals per day, and uniforms.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

Age: 25 to 35 years old

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the UAE or home country.

Preferred Certification: Fire Fighting Course or Fire Marshal training.
