Position Overview:

Arabian Estates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketeer with a sharp focus on digital marketing. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence.

Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and advertising campaigns.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

Manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.

Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
