Senior Manager of Customer Engagement

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Customer Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer engagement initiatives, driving customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience across the organization. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies

Lead and develop customer experience management programs

Analyze customer interaction data and derive actionable insights

Create and implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives

Manage and mentor a team of customer engagement professionals

Develop performance metrics and KPIs for customer engagement

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align customer experience strategies

Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancement

Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis

Generate detailed reports for senior leadership on customer engagement performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

UAE National citizenship (mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in customer engagement, customer experience, or related roles

Proven track record of leading customer-centric initiatives

Strong leadership and team management skills

Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) technologies

Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration

Professional certifications in customer experience management

Previous experience in multinational or large corporate environments

Advanced data analytics skills

Demonstrated success in implementing customer engagement transformation programs
