Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR support aligned with business goals.
Drive and implement HR initiatives and programs that support organizational growth.
Support talent management, performance, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Advise and guide business leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and succession planning.
Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in HRBP roles within large-scale organizations, preferably in the Middle East.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
Ability to lead change management processes and manage complex HR challenges.
