Synopsis:

The Senior Manager, Corporate Security will lead the implementation of corporate security strategies to align with Etihad's overall corporate strategy. This role involves managing the Corporate Security Team to ensure daily security operations and compliance with all regulatory authorities, maintaining a secure environment for Etihad's facilities and properties both within the UAE and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Corporate Security policies, procedures, and strategies, ensuring high standards and compliance with Etihad Aviation Group (EAG) and regulatory authorities.

Establish and oversee auditing and inspection protocols to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and gaps.

Manage daily Corporate Security operations, including physical security, CSMC (Corporate Security Management Center), CVPM (Corporate Video Protection Management), CSISS (Corporate Security Information Sharing System), and associated systems.

Train, mentor, and manage in-house security staff to foster a strong corporate security culture and align team goals and priorities with organizational objectives.

Provide high-level monthly reports to discuss concerns and support decision-making with the Vice President and Chief.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with specialization in performance analysis and business support.

5-7 years of experience in a managerial role in a relevant field.

Experience working with NCEMA (National Crisis Emergency Management Authority), police, state security, and other local/national entities.

Knowledge and experience with physical security, CSMC, CVPM, CSISS, and associated systems.
