Job Overview: 3i Infotech is actively hiring for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time onsite role strictly for UAE-based candidates. The selected candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams, playing a vital role in transforming ideas into technology-enabled solutions.

Core Responsibilities: As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will lead requirements gathering sessions, conduct gap analyses, prepare documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, and user stories, and ensure all requirements align with business objectives. You’ll serve as the key liaison between stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.

Technical Proficiency: This role requires hands-on SQL experience and the ability to run queries, generate reports, and validate data independently. You’ll work with technical tools to support data-driven decisions and will be expected to troubleshoot and provide analytical support for ongoing system enhancements.

Collaboration & Communication: You must collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead discussions with product owners and subject matter experts. Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are essential.

Agile & Project Involvement: The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments and will be responsible for writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. Experience in project delivery and working closely with software development teams is critical.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful applicant should have at least 5+ years of experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst, a recognized BA certification (mandatory) such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent, and proven SQL skills. You must currently be residing in the UAE and available to join within 30 days.
