About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor – Sales & Marketing to join our Finance & Investment team. This is a critical role for a professional with expertise in auditing sales and marketing operations. If you have a strong background in internal auditing, a passion for ensuring compliance, and the ability to identify process improvements, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will lead audits of sales and marketing processes to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Your primary duties will include evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks, and recommending improvements. You will prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to senior management, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the real estate or sales and marketing sector, is required. Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify risks. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise audit reports. Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes we are looking for.
