About the Role:

Azizi Developments is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor – Finance to join our Finance & Investment team. This is a critical role for a professional with a strong background in financial auditing and compliance. If you hold a CA, CPA, or ACCA certification and have a passion for ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will lead internal audit activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Your primary duties will include planning and executing audit programs, identifying risks, and recommending improvements. You will prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to senior management, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls and optimize financial processes.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial auditing, preferably within the real estate or construction sector, is required. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are mandatory. Proficiency in audit software and MS Office is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify risks. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise audit reports.
