About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our internal control systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct comprehensive internal audits across various business functions

Evaluate and assess financial and operational controls, systems, and processes

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Provide actionable recommendations to improve business efficiency

Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management

Work collaboratively with different departments to strengthen control environments

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in consulting

Professional certification (CIA, CPA, or CISA) preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and report writing abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in risk-based auditing

Strong understanding of internal control frameworks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional skepticism and ethical judgment
