Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team and lead the design process for hospitality projects in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing interior concepts for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces, with a focus on creating unique and immersive experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

Lead Design Process: Oversee the design process from concept development to final implementation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client's vision.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of interior design concepts with the overall project plan.

Site Visits: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information and insights that will inform the design process and contribute to innovative and functional spaces.

Design Presentations: Develop detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in hospitality design, integrating new ideas and technologies into the design process to enhance guest experiences.

Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment and ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an interior designer with a focus on hospitality projects, with a minimum of 7 years in the industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree or additional certifications in hospitality design is a plus.

Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create detailed and visually compelling design presentations.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex design projects, with a strong understanding of construction and FF&E processes within the hospitality sector.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and memorable design solutions that elevate the guest experience.

Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to design challenges.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful hospitality projects, highlighting the candidate's ability to deliver exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.
