Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for transforming spaces into extraordinary environments that blend functionality with innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects

Create detailed design proposals, 2D and 3D renderings, and technical drawings

Manage design projects from initial concept through final implementation

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design vision and practical requirements are met

Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines

Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements

Conduct site surveys and perform detailed space planning

Prepare presentation materials and pitch design concepts to clients

Ensure compliance with local building codes and design regulations

Oversee design team and provide mentorship to junior designers

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design

Proven portfolio demonstrating design excellence and versatility

Advanced proficiency in design software:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

3ds Max

Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of current design trends and sustainable design principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Technical Skills:

3D visualization

Spatial planning

Material selection

Technical drawing

Project management

Rendering techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in high-end residential or commercial design projects
