Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion

Create innovative and functional design solutions for clients

Develop detailed design presentations and technical drawings

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders

Manage project budgets and timelines

Supervise junior designers and design teams

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

7+ years of professional interior design experience

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)

Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project experience

Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

Skills & Competencies

Excellence in design conceptualization and space planning

Strong project management abilities

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects

Knowledge of current design trends and materials

Additional Information

Must be eligible to work in UAE

Experience in Dubai market preferred
