Role Overview: Peak Group LLC-FZ is actively seeking a highly driven and qualified Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and manage core HR functions from our Tecom, Dubai office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a service-provider environment with potential to build and lead your own team.

Core HR Operations: The role involves overseeing daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and legal compliance. You will ensure smooth employee integration and drive operational excellence across all HR touchpoints.

Strategic HR Leadership: As a senior member of the HR team, you'll help formulate and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals, contributing directly to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.

Employee Relations: You will handle employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion, maintaining a workplace culture that is respectful, inclusive, and aligned with our values.

Compliance & Audits: You’ll be responsible for ensuring the HR department is fully compliant with UAE labor laws and will support the HR Manager with operational audits, policy documentation, and regulatory updates.

Performance & Benefits: You’ll manage performance review cycles, coordinate payroll and benefits administration, and support initiatives that reward high performance and retain top talent.
