About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our expanding international industrial manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader who can align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Partner with senior leadership to drive business growth through effective people management

Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs

Design and oversee succession planning and talent development strategies

HR Operations Management

Oversee full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Manage performance management systems and processes

Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Talent Management

Direct recruitment and retention strategies for key positions

Design and implement leadership development programs

Create and maintain succession planning frameworks

Oversee training and development initiatives

Manage performance evaluation systems

Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement

Develop and implement employee wellness and satisfaction programs

Handle complex employee relations issues

Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives

Manage internal communications related to HR matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree in HR or relevant field preferred

5-10+ years of progressive HR management experience

Experience in industrial manufacturing sector preferred

Professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, etc.) preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices

Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills preferred
