Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Human Resource Executive to drive our HR strategies and support our organization's talent management needs in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage comprehensive recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate selection

Design and execute effective onboarding programs

Collaborate with department managers to define staffing requirements

Create detailed and strategic job descriptions

Employee Relations:

Serve as primary HR point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

Mediate communications between employees and management

Conduct thorough exit interviews and analyze workforce trends

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Performance Management:

Develop and implement robust performance management processes

Support goal-setting and performance evaluation frameworks

Provide strategic coaching to managers on employee development

Design career progression pathways

HR Compliance & Administration:

Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations

Maintain precise and confidential employee records

Manage payroll processing and benefits administration

Develop comprehensive HR documentation

HR Policies & Procedures:

Create and continuously update HR policies

Ensure clear communication of organizational policies

Align HR strategies with overall business objectives

Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs

Coordinate internal and external training initiatives

Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI

Support continuous employee learning and development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of HR experience in dynamic environments

Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor regulations

Advanced proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong discretion in handling confidential information

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
