Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. This role is best suited for an individual with a strong background in technical recruitment who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The recruiter will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals to meet the growing needs of the organization.

Core Responsibilities: The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Technical Expertise: This role requires deep knowledge of IT roles, emerging technologies, and industry trends. You must be able to identify and engage candidates with niche technical skills, assess their suitability, and present strong shortlists to stakeholders. Proactive sourcing through multiple channels will be critical for success.

Stakeholder Engagement: As an IT Recruiter, you will be expected to build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders, providing consultation on market insights, recruitment strategies, and best practices. You will also collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure talent acquisition goals are met on time.

Performance & Results: Meeting hiring targets within strict deadlines is a key part of this position. You should have a proven track record of delivering under pressure, balancing multiple open positions, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience: A strong emphasis will be placed on ensuring candidates have a professional and positive journey, from the initial application to onboarding. The IT Recruiter will act as the face of the company in the talent market, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and timely communication.
