Job Description

Role Overview: This position is designed for highly experienced HR recruitment professionals who are capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process for complex infrastructure, energy, and water projects in the UAE, ensuring the sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified candidates aligns with company goals, project timelines, and industry standards.

Position Purpose: The Senior HR Recruitment Officer and Recruitment Officer will play a critical role in supporting large-scale projects by ensuring that all recruitment activities—from workforce planning, job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding—are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with UAE labour laws and project staffing requirements.

Senior HR Recruitment Officer Responsibilities: The selected candidate will oversee the recruitment strategy for road and infrastructure construction projects, managing talent acquisition for key roles, mentoring junior recruitment staff, maintaining recruitment metrics, and coordinating with project managers to align hiring plans with project schedules and organizational objectives.

Recruitment Officer – Energy & Water Sector Responsibilities: The candidate will focus on recruitment for positions in energy, power, water, and construction projects, understanding technical requirements for transmission & distribution roles (substations, OHL, UGC), water network roles, and other infrastructure positions. They will ensure the recruitment process meets industry standards and project-specific needs.

Technical Knowledge and Compliance: Both positions require strong technical knowledge of project staffing cycles for EPC and construction companies. The candidates must understand specialized job roles, evaluate candidate competencies effectively, and maintain compliance with corporate HR policies and UAE regulatory standards while supporting project timelines.

Candidate Sourcing and Relationship Management: The role involves identifying talent through multiple channels, building a strong candidate pipeline, networking with industry professionals, and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality hires and smooth onboarding processes.
