Position Overview: The Senior HR Operations Manager role at Hire Rightt’s client company in Dubai is designed for a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in managing end-to-end HR operations across large, diverse teams. This position requires a proactive leader capable of aligning HR policies, systems, and workflows with organizational objectives while maintaining a high standard of compliance, employee engagement, and efficiency. Arabic fluency is mandatory for this role to effectively manage cross-cultural communications and ensure alignment with local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities: You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, payroll management, performance evaluation, onboarding, and HR policy implementation. This role demands a leader who can develop robust HR frameworks that foster a transparent, compliant, and supportive work culture. You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure that HR strategies support both short-term operational needs and long-term organizational growth.
Strategic Leadership: As a Senior HR Operations Manager, you will play a strategic role in developing workforce planning initiatives, succession strategies, and performance management frameworks. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that the HR department not only maintains administrative excellence but also drives business success through data-driven decision-making, policy refinement, and organizational development programs.
Operational Excellence: This position requires strong process management skills to optimize HR systems and ensure efficient service delivery across all business units. You’ll be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, benefits administration, employee record management, and legal compliance with UAE labor laws. Additionally, you will review and enhance HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and automation processes to streamline HR workflows.
Employee Engagement & Relations: You will lead initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. As a senior HR leader, you’ll address grievances, implement welfare programs, and develop strategies for enhancing the overall employee experience. Your focus will be to maintain a balanced work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, while also fostering productivity and teamwork.
Compliance & Governance: One of your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all HR activities adhere to UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies. You will manage audits, documentation, and reporting while ensuring that disciplinary procedures, end-of-service settlements, and employee benefits are handled with accuracy and fairness.
