Senior HR Officer

Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: As the Senior HR Officer, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is sourced and onboarded efficiently, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Payroll & HR Operations: You will manage the company’s payroll system with precision, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. Your role will involve maintaining payroll records, processing allowances and deductions, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Employee Engagement & Relations: The role requires fostering a positive workplace environment through engagement programs, grievance handling, and policy implementation. You will act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a culture of trust and transparency.

Compliance & Policy Implementation: You will ensure HR policies are aligned with UAE labor law, conducting periodic reviews and updates to reflect any legislative changes. Compliance monitoring, documentation, and training sessions will be part of your responsibilities.

HRIS & Data Management: Your expertise in HR Information Systems will be essential for maintaining accurate employee records, generating HR reports, and providing actionable insights to management for workforce planning.
