Job Description
Position Summary:
The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing onboarding and induction programs for both new hires and existing employees. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth integration of new team members and continuous learning for current staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs
Design and manage induction training for new employees
Create and deliver orientation materials and training modules
Coordinate induction processes across different departments
Manage end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires
Develop training programs for existing employees
Track and measure onboarding and training effectiveness
Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding and training activities
Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs
Support employee integration and initial performance development
Prepare reports on onboarding and training outcomes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Strong expertise in Learning & Development onboarding processes
Proven experience in designing and implementing induction programs
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR management systems
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Training and Development
Experience in multiple industry sectors
Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Experience with e-learning platforms
Technical Skills:
HR Information Systems
Training management software
Microsoft Office Suite
Learning management systems
Performance tracking tools
