Senior HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources operations across multiple GCC countries. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this strategic position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives across UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain

Lead and manage regional HR teams, ensuring consistent policy implementation and best practices

Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies for multiple markets

Drive performance management systems and career development programs

Manage compensation and benefits structures across different regions

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating countries

Lead organizational development initiatives and change management programs

Oversee succession planning and leadership development

Manage employee relations and engagement programs across multiple locations

Develop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicators

Regular travel to regional offices to maintain alignment and consistency

Required Qualifications

12-14 years of total HR experience

4-5 years of specific UAE experience

Proven experience in retail/luxury sector (mandatory)

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and HR practices

Demonstrated experience in managing multi-country HR operations

Excellence in team leadership and management

Essential Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Change management expertise

Budget management and financial acumen

Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics

Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Travel Requirements

Regular travel to Qatar and Bahrain

Flexibility to spend time at different regional offices
