Senior HR Manager

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and develop human resources strategies across our operations in the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. This strategic role reports directly to the Board of Directors and involves managing regional HR teams while ensuring consistent excellence in HR practices across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Lead and mentor regional HR teams across the GCC

Partner with the Board of Directors to drive organizational development initiatives

Design and oversee succession planning programs

Manage change management initiatives across multiple locations

Regional Operations Management

Oversee HR operations across UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each country

Standardize HR processes and policies across regional offices

Conduct regular visits to regional offices to maintain alignment and consistency

Monitor and optimize HR budgets across all locations

Talent Management

Direct recruitment strategies for senior positions across the region

Develop and implement retention strategies for key talent

Design and oversee performance management systems

Lead compensation and benefits reviews and updates

Create and manage leadership development programs

Organizational Development

Drive cultural transformation initiatives

Implement employee engagement programs

Oversee training and development strategies

Manage workplace relations and employee experience initiatives

Lead diversity and inclusion programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree or professional HR certifications preferred

12-14 years of total HR experience

4-5 years of experience in the UAE

Mandatory experience in retail/luxury sector

Proven track record in managing multi-country HR operations

Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and regulations

Required Skills

Excellence in stakeholder management

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS systems

Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Travel Requirements

Regular travel to Qatar and Bahrain

Frequent visits to regional offices and retail locations

Valid GCC driving license preferred
