Job Description

Role Overview: The Senior HR Executive plays a vital role in managing comprehensive HR operations across a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in all employee-related processes. This role contributes to maintaining structured HR workflows that support both workforce needs and organizational goals.

HR Operational Support: This position oversees essential HR functions including documentation, onboarding, leave tracking, claims management, and attendance monitoring. The Senior HR Executive ensures all HR activities are timely, accurate, and fully aligned with company policies and UAE labour laws, strengthening the HR department’s operational effectiveness.

Employee Leave Management: The role involves managing the full cycle of leave processes including annual leave, maternity leave, emergency leave, and sick leave. Responsibilities include maintaining updated leave balances, processing employee requests through HRIS, ensuring legally compliant approvals, and safeguarding smooth workforce planning.

Attendance & Overtime Administration: This position requires strong oversight of employee attendance records, timesheets, overtime calculations, and workforce scheduling adjustments. The Senior HR Executive verifies accuracy in employee hours, resolves discrepancies, and ensures overtime compliance with labour regulations before payroll submission.

Employee Onboarding & Exit Support: A core responsibility of this role is coordinating all onboarding tasks such as document verification, new employee orientation, HRMS profile setup, and system access preparation. The role also manages exit procedures including clearance, final payouts coordination, and ensuring all employee files meet audit requirements.

HR Compliance & Audit Coordination: This role ensures the HR department maintains high standards of compliance by organizing employee records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring alignment with internal policies. The Senior HR Executive promotes a structured and transparent HR environment that supports accountability and legal accuracy.
