Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Executive to join a leading power and distribution transformer manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE. The role requires a proactive HR leader with the ability to design, manage, and execute comprehensive HR initiatives that align with the company’s long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing people operations in a manufacturing or electrical industry setup, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR environment.

Core Responsibilities: The Senior HR Executive will lead end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, and performance management. You will take ownership of workforce planning, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure that the organization attracts and retains high-performing professionals. Beyond recruitment, the role involves guiding department heads on HR policies, conducting evaluations, and aligning the company’s HR strategies with evolving industry standards.

Training, Development, and Leadership: You will design and implement effective training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and prepare emerging leaders for higher responsibilities. Through structured mentorship, performance appraisals, and competency assessments, you’ll contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Your leadership will play a vital role in shaping a motivated and skilled workforce that drives organizational success.

Employee Relations and Engagement: A key aspect of this role involves cultivating a positive work environment where transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect thrive. The Senior HR Executive will serve as the bridge between management and employees, ensuring fair practices, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining healthy communication channels. By fostering employee engagement through recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and open forums, you’ll enhance productivity and morale across departments.

Compliance and HR Operations: The role demands an in-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures. You will manage policy development, handle employee documentation, and coordinate with PROs for government-related formalities. Accuracy and confidentiality in all HR operations are essential, ensuring that the company’s practices consistently meet legal and ethical standards while supporting organizational efficiency.
