Senior HR Executive

Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership: The Senior HR Executive will lead all core HR operations, bringing a strategic vision to the department. You will work closely with top management to align HR strategies with the overall goals of the business while building a strong and performance-driven workplace culture.

Core HR Responsibilities: You will manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. Developing and applying HR policies and frameworks that support business needs will be a key part of your day-to-day work.

Performance & Compliance Oversight: You’ll be responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant with UAE labor laws and that HR documentation is accurate, timely, and confidential. Regular policy updates and audit readiness will fall under your scope.

Employee Engagement & Culture: In this role, you’ll champion a healthy workplace culture. Your tasks will include designing and executing engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns proactively, and fostering collaboration and motivation across departments.

HR Policy Development: You will craft and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and manuals in alignment with both legal mandates and business ethics. Ensuring these are clearly communicated and implemented will be key to your success.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: The role requires working hand-in-hand with department heads to understand their staffing needs, team dynamics, and support structures. You’ll help develop programs that boost productivity and employee satisfaction.
