Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and support large-scale workforce operations in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of HR experience

Proven expertise in HR operations

Strong skills in workforce management

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices

Primary Responsibilities

Manage complex HR operational processes

Support workforce planning and development

Handle employee relations and administrative tasks

Implement HR policies and procedures

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and documentation

Support performance management systems

Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience

Advanced knowledge of UAE labor laws

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in HR management software
