Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Professional to join a multinational company (MNC) in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for an HR expert with 8-10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in the UAE, who can oversee and enhance HR operations at an organizational level. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with the company’s business objectives.
As a Senior HR Professional, the primary responsibilities will include recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, HR audits, compliance, budgeting, workforce planning, employee grievance management, HR analytics, and process improvement. The candidate will be expected to manage HR operations efficiently and contribute to building a strong and positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate must have at least 8-10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years specifically in the UAE. They should have a strong track record in managing a wide range of HR functions, including policy implementation, employee relations, training programs, and legal compliance. The ability to solve workplace issues, implement HR best practices, and support the company’s workforce strategy will be essential for this role.
In addition to experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations is required.
