Job Title: Senior Head of People (Head of HR)

Location: UAE

We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Senior HR Professionals to take on the role of Senior Head of People (Head of HR) for a startup business in the UAE. This is a pivotal position responsible for spearheading HR and Recruitment initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.

- Lead all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

- Drive the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention strategies.

- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on organizational development and workforce planning.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- UAE Nationality.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Management and Recruitment.

- Proven track record of success in high-growth startups/scaleups or financial services industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
