About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our holding company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead creative initiatives across multiple brands and projects, delivering high-quality design solutions that align with our company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across multiple platforms

Develop and maintain brand guidelines for various portfolio companies

Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Design & Production

Create compelling visual content for various marketing materials including:

Corporate presentations and reports

Marketing collateral

Digital media assets

Brand identity materials

Social media graphics

Website design elements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience

Portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities

Experience working with corporate clients and brands

Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Adobe XD/Figma

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Proficiency in designing for both print and digital media

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices

Understanding of UI/UX design principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a holding company or diverse business environment

Knowledge of Arabic typography and design

Motion graphics and video editing skills

Experience with web design and responsive design principles

Understanding of marketing and branding principles
