OEC

Senior Financial Analyst – Remote

Job Description

OEC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team on a full-time, fully remote basis. As a global technology leader in the automotive aftersales industry, OEC offers a dynamic and commercially rich environment where financial analysis directly informs strategic decisions across a vast, high-growth business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who excels at transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

In this role, you will support the month-end financial close process and conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends and performance gaps. You will prepare executive and board-level financial reports that communicate the business's financial position with clarity and precision, and actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning cycles. Developing revenue, expense, and KPI reports will form a central part of your work, alongside conducting pricing and profitability analysis that supports commercial decision-making. You will partner closely with business leaders across functions to provide the financial perspective needed for sound strategy, assist with the financial integration of acquired companies, and deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis as business needs arise.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in financial analysis and reporting, with solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. You possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and are equally comfortable working independently with large datasets as you are presenting insights to non-finance stakeholders. Experience with financial systems and reporting tools is preferred, and familiarity with ERP platforms, business intelligence tools, or FP&A software will strengthen your application. You are precise, commercially curious, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, globally oriented organisation.

OEC offers a fully remote work environment backed by a company with a strong track record of innovation, growth, and industry leadership. You will work alongside a talented team at the intersection of technology and automotive commerce, contributing to financial operations that support billions of dollars in annual trade. The role offers meaningful exposure to M&A integration work and executive-level reporting, making it a genuine step forward for a finance professional with ambition.
