Job Overview:

We are a leading organization in the automotive industry seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic financial team in Abu Dhabi.

Primary Objective:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in financial planning, budget management, and strategic financial reporting within our automotive organization, ensuring precise financial control and strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Control and Tracking

Develop, monitor, and control budgets across cost centers and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance investigations

Ensure strict alignment of expenses with approved budgets

Validate and review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)

Verify budget compliance for correct entities and cost centers

Develop and update financial policies and governance frameworks

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations

Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting

Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial insights

Analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency

Required Qualifications & Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Professional Certifications: CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (Preferred)

Professional Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business partnering, or controlling

Mandatory: Experience specifically within the automotive industry

Preferred: Experience in automotive distribution sector

Technical Skills:

Advanced SAP proficiency, particularly in cost center and WBS code management

Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Advanced financial modeling and reporting capabilities

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
