About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in retail/F&B sectors. This role offers an opportunity to work with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications

CA (Chartered Accountant) OR

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) OR

CMA (Certified Management Accountant) OR

Equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 4 years of total experience (including pre and post qualification)

Currently based in GCC region

Strong proficiency in English

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions

Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts

Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis

Perform margin analysis and profitability studies

Create and present financial reports to management

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance metrics

Support strategic planning initiatives

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning

Technical Skills Required

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with ERP systems

Proficiency in financial analysis tools

Strong understanding of financial statements

Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards

Industry Experience

Retail and/or F&B industry experience preferred

Understanding of retail/F&B business metrics and KPIs

Knowledge of industry trends and challenges
