Finance Officer – Driving Financial Integrity and Growth: As a  Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining financial stability and ensuring accurate management of the company’s accounts. You will oversee financial records, manage cash flows, and prepare financial reports that support strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality financial insights to senior management.

Accounting Operations and Record Management: You will handle day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and monthly closings. The role involves ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly and comply with accounting principles and UAE financial regulations. You will assist in monitoring company expenditures, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring the integrity of all financial documentation.

Budgeting and Financial Planning: In this capacity, you will assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure analyses to support business objectives. You will collaborate with departmental heads to track spending patterns, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and provide valuable input to enhance financial planning accuracy. Your insights will help drive efficiency and long-term profitability.

Compliance and Audit Preparation: The Finance Officer will ensure that all accounting and financial activities adhere to local laws, company policies, and international accounting standards. You will prepare audit schedules, assist in internal and external audits, and implement controls to minimize risk exposure. Maintaining transparency, compliance, and financial discipline will be key to your success in this role.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: You will prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, and management accounts to provide a clear picture of the company’s performance.
