About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Dubai. This is a key role for a professional with 5+ years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. If you have strong analytical skills and a passion for accurate cost estimation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Estimator, you will prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Your primary duties will include analyzing project specifications, sourcing materials, and calculating labor costs. You will also collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation within the interior fit-out industry is required.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project requirements. You should have excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering accurate estimates.
