About the Role:

Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) is seeking an experienced Senior ECG Technician to join our cardiology diagnostics team. This specialized position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality cardiac diagnostic services through advanced electrocardiographic procedures and patient monitoring.

Technical Responsibilities:

The Senior ECG Technician will perform and interpret standard and specialized electrocardiograms, including stress tests and Holter monitoring. Your expertise will ensure accurate cardiac rhythm analysis while maintaining strict adherence to diagnostic protocols and patient safety standards.

Clinical Leadership:

As a senior team member, you will mentor junior technicians, oversee quality control of ECG equipment, and assist physicians during complex diagnostic procedures. Your role includes troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal functionality of cardiac monitoring systems.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must possess certification in ECG Technology with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hospital cardiology departments. Current UAE licensure (DHA/HAAD/MOH) and BLS certification are mandatory for this clinical position.

Advanced Competencies:

The position requires mastery of 12-lead ECG interpretation, arrhythmia detection, and stress test administration. Experience with advanced cardiac monitoring systems and electronic medical record documentation is essential for this senior-level role.
