Job Description

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer and distributor in the Middle East, is seeking a Senior Content Associate specializing in Emiratization. The successful candidate will craft and manage digital content across various platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content management systems, alongside excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Execution: Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms, including websites and social media.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality multimedia content, such as photos, graphics, videos, and animations, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve consistent messaging and aesthetics.

Website and SEO Management: Maintain and update website content using content management systems (CMS). Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on digital performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization based on analytics.

Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital content creation and marketing. Use this knowledge to inform and refine content strategies.

Content Calendar Management: Assist in managing content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and scheduling of content across all channels. Support community management efforts.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Audiovisual, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic, with strong attention to detail and grammar.

Technical Skills:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools like Emplifi.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
