Job Description:

The Senior Consultant at Aswaar Consulting is responsible for overseeing financial management and administrative functions related to specific business areas. This role involves ensuring that operational activities are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's policies and strategic objectives. The position requires managing an annual budget of AED 4 million, which is allocated to various business areas such as academic conferences, public programs, and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial management and administrative functions within designated business areas.

Ensure operational activities are efficient and effective, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Manage and allocate an annual budget of AED 4 million across various business areas, including academic conferences and public programs.

Provide leadership and guidance to ensure proper financial planning and execution.

Maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with various departments to support the organization’s goals and initiatives.

Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders on financial performance and budgetary considerations.

Handle sensitive financial information with integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or a related field.

Experience in managing academic conferences and public programs is preferred.

4-5 years of progressive experience in financial management and consulting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
