Compass Project Consulting is a leading project management firm specializing in large-scale construction projects across the Middle East. Our client is a prominent organization overseeing the prestigious World Cup stadium project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on upgrading and replacing seating and enhancing stadium infrastructure.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the replacement and upgrade of seating in a World Cup stadium project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale stadium projects, particularly those involving seating installations and upgrades. This role requires a proven track record in overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet high standards within the given timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead the construction project from planning through to completion, ensuring all phases are executed to the highest standards.

Seating Installation & Upgrades: Oversee the replacement and upgrading of seating in the stadium, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and address any issues that arise.

Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices throughout the project.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or construction are advantageous.

Experience: 15-30 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on stadium construction, seating upgrades, or similar large-scale projects.

Specialized Knowledge: Hands-on experience with World Cup stadiums or other major international sporting venues, specifically in seat replacement and upgrades.

Regional Experience: Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia, with prior experience in the Middle East preferred.
