Chemicals are the invisible building blocks of modern industry. The resins in a car's composite body, the polymers in a protective coating, the emulsions in an industrial adhesive. Selling these products requires more than a standard sales pitch. It requires an understanding of the science, the application, and the commercial realities of manufacturing. Prime Choice HR Consultancy is recruiting a Senior Business Development Executive on behalf of a client, a chemical manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a role for a technical sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to grow revenue across local and export markets.

This is a role for someone with at least seven years of relevant sales and business development experience in the chemicals industry. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and markets for the company's chemical products, including saturated and unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd and modified alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions, specialty polymers, and polyols. You will build relationships with manufacturers in the paints and coatings, adhesives, composites, fibreglass/GRP, and polyurethane industries. You will conduct market research, map potential customers, monitor competitor products and pricing, and prepare and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets. You will also manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings through quotations, negotiations, and closing, and coordinate with technical, production, and quality teams on customer requirements, product samples, trials, and approvals. If you have a strong understanding of chemical products, industrial applications, and B2B sales, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, winning new customers, and achieving sales targets. Experience selling resins, polymers, emulsions, polyols, or related raw materials is highly preferred. You have strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. UAE or GCC market knowledge and export sales experience are advantageous. You are willing to be based in Ras Al Khaimah and travel for business as required.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The salary is AED 15,000 per month.
