Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in UAE's healthcare sector to develop and implement business growth strategies, manage key relationships, and expand our healthcare services portfolio.

Essential Requirements

2-3 years of dedicated experience in UAE healthcare business development

Proven track record in healthcare client acquisition and relationship management

Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and market dynamics

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow hospital services

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients, and healthcare providers

Negotiate and manage service level agreements with partners

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Create and present business proposals to potential partners

Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs

Collaborate with various hospital departments to ensure service delivery

Represent the hospital at industry events and networking forums

Develop strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue

Manage and grow the existing client portfolio

Strong understanding of UAE healthcare system and insurance procedures

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in creating and analyzing business reports

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

Additional certifications in healthcare management or business development

Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage

Experience with healthcare CRM systems

Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services
