Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency with business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Jira, and Confluence, is required.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is highly desirable.

Task Management and Prioritization: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is crucial for success in this role.

Airline Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Airline PSS, GDS, Interline E-Ticketing, and Disruption handling is a significant plus, with minimum of 3 years of GDS, and E-ticketing experience being mandatory.

Dubai Location: This is an onsite role, and the candidate must live in or relocate to Dubai.
