Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Certification (MANDATORY)

Extensive experience in UAE banking market

Proven expertise in loan lifecycle management

In-depth knowledge of core banking systems (T24)

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in:

Microsoft Visio

JIRA

Confluence

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering and analysis

Engage directly with stakeholders to document precise business needs

Support project management through strategic planning and risk management

Design and implement innovative business solutions

Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure effective solution development

Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication channels

Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
