Job Description / Role

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Oracle HCM at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in defining and refining functional processes and documenting process maps. This role involves leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver comprehensive end-to-end process mapping across various pillars and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation and Process Mapping:

Develop and maintain Business Process Maps and Catalogues for assigned portfolios.

Lead the documentation of “as is” and “to be” process maps with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Process Owners (BPOs), Product Directors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure process maps and catalogues are accurate and reflective of business needs.

Workshop Facilitation and Stakeholder Engagement:

Conduct workshops to present and validate process maps with relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with SMEs, Change, and Training Leads to ensure that process documentation is aligned with training materials.

Support and Quality Assurance:

Provide input and quality checks to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure they align with documented processes.

Participate in design workshops to address gaps and ensure comprehensive process coverage.

Requirements Management:

Capture and document Business Requirements throughout the design process.

Prioritize requirements during Backlog reviews and identify actionable changes based on UAT feedback.

Communication and Training:

Present process maps and catalogues effectively to business users and stakeholders.

Develop training materials and deliver training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

Knowledge:

Ideally from a Retail background with a broad and deep understanding of Retail processes.

Experience with defining, documenting, and capturing Process Catalogues using robust methodologies.

Experience:

Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization.

Current experience in a supervisory role within Business Process, IT Business Partnering, or Solutions Architecture.

Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

Demonstrable presentation skills and experience working in a matrix structure.

Ability to capture clear business requirements and functional processes through detailed investigation.

Customer-first approach and confidence in interacting within a multi-functional environment.

Additional Requirements:

Experience with Visio for process documentation.
