Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Campaigns:

Plan and execute CRM campaigns across two markets and multiple channels to retain customers, boost brand loyalty, and attract new customers.

Ensure accurate segmentation of the customer database for targeted marketing activities.

Collaboration:

Work with various departments to ensure the CRM strategy is effective across all business areas.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement testing strategies for efficient CRM and customer engagement.

Evaluate and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Creative Processes:

Generate creative ideas, prepare proposals, and oversee the production and execution processes.

Nurture brand relationships and coordinate collaborations.

Project Involvement:

Contribute to projects like automation and personalization strategies.

Reporting:

Provide regular and ad hoc reports on campaign performance to measure success and identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional time management skills.

Strong teamwork skills with the CRM team, stakeholders, and brands.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Commercial awareness with a strategic approach.

Creativity, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

Minimum 3 years of CRM experience.
